Kunoichi – The female ninja
The Kunoichi were the female ninjas and had a very important role to play. They utilised speciallity techniques to combat an infultrait the enemy.
Today Ninjutsu techniques form a very practical self-defence role for women. The whole basis for ninjutsu is derived from not using strength and thus being able to overcome a bigger and stronger attacker, and therfore is a very useful and pragmatic system for women of all builds.
As there is a lot of training in ninjutsu with concealed and longer weapons and attacker with greater size and strength has less of an advantage.
